Now that we are in the month of February, I am excited to decorate for Valentine’s Day. I have found so many neutral/subtle decor options this year! Valentine’s Day decor doesn’t always have to be cartoonish with the brightest of hot pinks and red all over. Valentine’s Day decor can also be classy, cute, and subtle. I am all for minimalism, so you one or two decor pieces can look great! You don’t necessarily need 10 different pieces to make a room look complete.
Different Ways to Decorate
Some of my favorite ways to add Valentine’s Day decor to the rooms in my home are
- Pops of light pink in the form of throws; pillow covers, candles, or art prints
- Decor with “love” themed phrases (xoxo, kisses, lets cuddle, etc.)
- Heart shaped items such as trays and cutting boards
For some inspiration, I made a list of my favorite 8 Valentine’s Day decor items that can be found on Amazon.
- Pink Bubble Vase
- “Let’s Cuddle” pillow cover
- Love potion candle
- Love sign
- Heart cutting board
- Heart ceramic house
- Checkered throw blanket
- Heart shaped dessert plate
